The race to decompile the mind
We know how our computers work, but do we know how our brains work? Not yet, or not quite at least. But between the Obama administration tossing in over three billion and Europe putting in another one and a half, we are going to get there pretty quick. Of course they could have put in a bit more scratch, I mean we are trying to map the mind here. But you know, that’s politics right? So how does this effect us? It depends on who wins. Whoever gets there first will hold the keys to our future.
