This month our Featured Optimist is the artfully articulate  Jason Silva!

Silva is a jack of all trades: television personality, media artist, futurist, filmmaker, and techno-philosopher.

He has been referred to as an ‘idea DJ’, ‘the new Carl Sagan’, and ‘part Timothy Leary, part Ray Kurzweil, part Neo from The Matrix’. Praised in many circles of the public eye, he has taken the web by storm, and we at Simulet.com have a strong, healthy respect for him.

Sporting a charismatic enthusiasm, Silva delivers a fresh, creative perspective on advancements in science and technology. His most popular method of sharing is what he likes to call ‘shots of philosophical espresso’. These are short videos that compress thought concepts from massive to fun-sized in less than five minutes, rendering the viewer awestruck.
